Simon graduated from the University of Wales College of Medicine in 2006 with a Bachelor degree in Physiotherapy. He also recently obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Advanced Neuromuscular Physiotherapy from Hertfordshire University. He also holds a further Bachelor degree in Sports Rehabilitation with Sport Science from the University of Surrey.

Simon has worked at St Georges Hospital as a Physiotherapist for the last 10-years. During this time  his interest in shoulder assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation has grown, leading him to apply to work as an Orthopaedic Practitioner with the Shoulder Unit. His areas of interest include Subacromial pain, Rotator Cuff related pain, instability, and the sporting shoulder. He is also involved in research within the Shoulder Unit and Post Graduate Training within the Physiotherapy Department.
